We have been chauffeured in everything from a Suburban, which you drove, to a large bus which transported 25 screaming kids to a birthday party in Reno. As a business owner I can see the personal attention to detail which you provide. It's very comforting to know that you are dealing with a business owner who is hands on and involved.

We have used other services and have had some nightmare situations. Drivers who didn't know who they worked for and in one instance a last minute cancellation, which stranded us and our business clients without a ride and cost us a missed dinner reservation and huge embarrassment. I’m just writing to let you know that I’ll be a repeat customer, based upon my experience coming in from the Reno airport to Plumpjack’s in Olympic Valley last Monday afternoon. Andrew Hundson was outstanding in his service, from baggage handling to confirming my hotel room, all the while being sensitive to my needs: temperature, water, conversation. The return trip on Thursday was even more pleasant, riding in a long stretched limo, so that I arrived on time but in style!

At the Reno airport, Andy walked me to the terminal entry and then handed me off to a waiting baggage handler, that knew his way around the airport and ensured I made it to the right seat on the plane. By the way, I’m a little more difficult to handle than your average fair, in that I need to check a bag, and I use an electric scooter to get around that folds up to be put into the trunk. Andy handled it with ease, as you’d expect from his physical prowess. That, plus his demeanor in business attire (pin-striped charcoal suit) left me with a lasting fond memory of RTL and its secure service.

Please take good care of Mr. Hundson. He’s the face I’d like my customers to see, if it were my business. Thanks.

I am writing this letter to inform you of the wonderful driver you have on your hands. My friends and I used your services on Sat. Oct.4 and we were lucky enough to have Terry as our driver, we had the time of our lives.

Terry has one of the most contagious smiles I've ever seen, he is so friendly, really seemed interested in making sure we all had a great time, and was just so much fun. Its been over 10 years since most of us have had a limo experience (and that was in high school), and the time we had with Terry has convinced us that this is something we need to do more often, we definitely hope to become regular clients.

My future hubby also enjoyed the short amount of time he and the guys got with Terry so much that he also wants to go out again with Terry as our driver.
